What we collect

Only what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally company name, telephone number and building type, together with the text of your message.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and, if it leads to that, to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to two years, so that we can recognise earlier correspondence. Enquiries that lead to a contract are kept for as long as the law requires for business records.

Who else sees it

Your data is sent to our email address and is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for their own purposes. It is technically accessible to the provider hosting our website and mail, acting on our instructions.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to office@cda.co.rs. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
