The first sign a visitor sees is the one from the street. We design and deliver external signage that makes a building recognisable from traffic, from the car park and from the pedestrian approach.
External signage works in conditions nobody chooses: in the rain, at night, from a moving car and at a distance where small type stops being readable. We therefore treat it not as a single sign but as the sequence of decisions a visitor makes while approaching — where the entrance is, where parking is, where reception is, where to go next.
Before drawing anything we walk the site and record the directions of approach, where sightlines break, at what height a sign stays legible and what obscures it in full foliage. The placement of carriers, letter sizes and lighting levels follow from that — not the other way round.
Free-standing carriers at the approach and car park, illuminated or not, listing the building's contents.
Name and logotype on the façade, in a technique suited to the substrate and to installation at height.
External illuminated letters and lit signs, with night-time visibility calculated.
Guidance within the complex and on approach roads.
Ownership plates, canopy lettering, entrance and opening-hours signs.
Graphics, frosted bands and markings on glass, including mandatory glazing manifestation.
Flag carriers at the main approach, with foundations and anchoring.
Drawings and submissions required to obtain installation permits.
Photographs from buildings where this service was delivered.
We prepare the full documentation for permit applications for external signage. The procedure depends on the municipality and on the type of carrier.
Yes. Installation is then phased and scheduled outside peak hours, in agreement with building management.
Lead time depends on scope, chosen materials and whether a permit is required. It is quoted after the site visit.
