Illuminated 3D letters
A building or company name in dimensional letters with LED lighting. The same sign has to work at noon and at midnight — and those are two different problems.
A dimensional letter is a box: an acrylic face, aluminium or stainless returns, LED modules and a driver inside. What separates a sign that looks expensive from one that looks cheap is not the price of the materials but how evenly the light sits across the face and whether the diode dots show through.
So before production we work out the depth against the letter height — a shallow letter with strong diodes gives blotches, an over-deep one burns power for nothing. For signs read from a distance we use front lighting; for those on a dark façade that should read calmly, halo lighting throws a ring behind the letter and reads better than it measures.

Frequently asked questions
Good modules run ten years and more, but the driver and proper sealing decide it. We size drivers with headroom, not to the minimum.
For an external sign, usually yes. We prepare the application documentation; the procedure and timing depend on the municipality and on whether the building sits in a protected area.
It can, but the anchoring then goes through the supporting structure, not the glass. That is established on site, before we quote.
