Our office is at Cetinjska 26, and most of our delivered buildings are in Belgrade — from the towers on the riverfront to shopping centres and clinical institutions.
In Belgrade a building is rarely signed on an empty plot. Most work happens in a setting that already has its own rules: a protected zone in the old centre, municipal conditions for façade signs, a neighbouring building blocking the sightline, or a complex with several investors each carrying their own brand. So the first site visit is never measuring — it is recording conditions.
The second thing Belgrade brings is that much of the work is phased and carried out while the building is in use. On towers, in shopping centres and in clinical institutions, installation runs outside peak hours, announced to building management and with the zone fenced off. It is the part of the job that never shows in photographs, and it decides whether the deadline holds.

The appointment depends on the scope of work and availability. The visit provides the basis for the quote, since the conditions need to be surveyed for a reliable assessment.
We do, but the timescale is longer because of conditions and approvals. Such locations more often call for solutions that can be removed without a trace.
