How we approach hotels
A hotel is a building where signage is judged by how often a guest asks staff for directions. Three points are critical: stepping out of the lift on a floor, entering a room wing, and the approach to spa and wellness facilities a guest often does not know exist until they see them signed.
Where the property operates under a chain standard, signage is produced to that brand manual and approved before production. Alongside that visible layer runs the service one: staff corridors, stores, plant rooms and staff entrances, where accuracy matters more than appearance. We have delivered both, in city hotels and in mountain and coastal properties.
